Shipping Options for Canadians:
Economy Flat Rate Shipping - 2-8 business days $10
Orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited or Chit Chats Express
Low value orders less than $20 may be sent by Canada Post Oversized Lettermail or similar service which is not fully tracked and can take 2 weeks or more to arrive. We lose money on small orders so we may choose this option in order to minimize losses.
Express Flat Rate Courier - 1-5 business days $20
Orders are shipped by UPS, Purolator, or CANPAR
Couriers are unable to deliver to POX Boxes, please provide a physical address if choosing this option.

Flat Rate Shipping USA - 7-12 business days $15
For our American customers, orders are shipped by Canada Post USA Airmail or Chit Chats Express.
Due to ongoing tariff situations in the USA, we will collect 20% tariffs and duties and prepay them on your behalf. This amount will be added to your total in the checkout. You will not need to pay anything when the package arrives.
Border and customs delays may happen due to a number of reasons, these are out of our control and we're not able to do anything in these situations.
Transit times are approximate. If you are outside major urban areas please allow extra time for delivery.

RETURNS
As the purchaser it is your responsibility to provide us with complete and accurate shipping information. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address will be charged full return cost plus 20% restocking fee. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.
